Blucy Factory ("Company") values the privacy of users of the Worldbuilder app ("App") and provides the following Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

This app does not collect any personal information. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or contact details.

2. Data Storage

All creative data entered by users (worldbuilding, characters, plots, etc.) is stored only in the local storage on the user's device and is never transmitted to external servers.

3. iCloud Backup

When using the iCloud backup feature, data is stored in the user's own iCloud account. The Company does not access or collect this data.

4. AI Features

When using the AI writing assistant, text entered by the user is sent to the Anthropic API to generate responses. This data is not stored after the response is generated and is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

This app uses the following third-party services:

• Apple In-App Purchase (subscription and payment processing)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Anthropic Claude API (AI features)

6. Children's Privacy

This app does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated. Any changes will be communicated through in-app notices or App Store updates.
